* Design and deliver targeted advocacy campaigns, policy briefs, and consultation responses that shape policy and funding decisions.
* Develop clear, concise advice and briefing materials for senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to inform strategic decisions and support external policy‑based engagements.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, including R&D, global commercial and market access and other Communications and Government Affairs teams to align policy positions and deliver on objectives.
* Monitor global policy trends, perform horizon scanning and prepare risk/opportunity assessments to advise Senior Leaders and inform proactive engagement.

Key Requirements

* Proven track record of influencing global policy environments and building partnerships with international organisations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience producing policy briefs and managing C‑suite level stakeholders.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation.
