Providing support within the customer service department, duties will include:
1. Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers
2. Processing orders and resolving queries
3. Updating customers on their order status
4. Checking stock and arranging delivery dates
To be successful, you will need to have previous customer service experience, be accustomed to handling a high volume of calls, and be available to start immediately.
