A brand-new specialist SEN school is preparing to open its doors imminently - and they're looking for three passionate SEN Teachers to join their founding team. This is a term-time only, full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
About the School
Nestled in a spacious, green location just 10 minutes from West Drayton's Elizabeth Line, this independent primary school caters to children aged 5-11 with a diagnosis of Autism. Led by an innovative Headteacher, the school is at the beginning of an exciting growth journey, aiming to expand to a multi-site provision serving over 100 pupils in the near future.
With purpose-built learning environments and dedicated sensory and therapeutic spaces, the school has been designed to help children flourish - both academically and emotionally.

Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum (desirable)
- Understanding of non-linear assessment frameworks (SCERTS, Routes for Learning)
- A deep commitment for inclusive education and supporting neurodivergent learners
