The Benefits Admin Intern supports the administration and processing of employee benefits plans. This role provides exposure to global HR operations and benefits administration, supporting employees and HR stakeholders across multiple benefit programs including company-sponsored, insured, and state-sponsored plans. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in benefits administration, data accuracy, reporting, and compliance, while collaborating with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills in a dynamic global environment.
