Our client, a respected name in the UK food manufacturing industry, is looking for a confident and motivated Operations Team Leader to oversee milling and production operations at their state-of-the-art facility in South Essex. You may already be a team leader or you may be aspiring to this level. This is a hands-on leadership role - perfect for someone who's worked in production, manufacturing, or operations (ideally within FMCG or food) and is now ready to lead people, drive performance, and make an impact. South Essex (car needed for location) Monday to Friday shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm The Role As Mill Team Leader / Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team of millers and intake operatives, taking full responsibility for milling operations including intake, milling, and bran out loading. You'll be the key decision-maker for your shift, driving performance improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
