MAXIMO Coaches are responsible for providing coaching, training, assistance, and advice regarding the Maximo Maintenance Management System (MMS). They liaise with and support all disciplines and management to ensure knowledgeable and efficient use of the system. Key activities include:
1. Conducting onshore and offshore trips to train, coach, and support MAXIMO users.
2. Assessing MAXIMO competence as part of CNRI's Competence Management & Development System.
3. Collating and understanding all MAXIMO scope, resolving issues, and supporting requests.
4. Planning, communicating, and organizing support requests to ensure timely responses.
5. Reviewing and acting on outputs from the MAXIMO audit system.
6. Tracking and implementing lessons learned and previous system issues.
7. Verifying critical equipment specifications and material management within MAXIMO with on/offshore personnel.
8. Collaborating with platform personnel to ensure work orders are prepared, scheduled, and ready for execution.
9. Aiming to reduce work order backlog and develop system improvements.
10. Supporting critical tasks outside normal hours and remotely as needed.
11. Demonstrating a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
* Computer-based courses and relevant qualifications.
