Clinical Team Manager Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston Salary: £43,000–£44,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time | Permanent Service Type: Residential Mental Health Service with Nursing Lead With Compassion. Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Manager to lead the nursing team within our specialist residential mental health service in Bamber Bridge, Preston. This is your opportunity to lead from the front, drive clinical excellence, and shape a culture of person-centred, empowering care. Why Join Us? Our person-centred care promotes independence through meaningful routines and community engagement. Our sister service, is a 14-bed inpatient rehab hospital offering a step-down pathway for men transitioning from secure or PICU services.
