We are currently recruiting Team Leaders as we expand our Pizza Hut operations.
Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview
As a Shift Leader, you are the daily captain, ensuring smooth shifts, satisfied customers, and motivated team members. You value collaboration and organization.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks.
2. Ensure all products served meet quality standards.
3. Oversee effective preparation of workstations for peak periods.
4. Follow and coach others on restaurant safety procedures.
5. Actively seek information on financial and customer satisfaction measures.
6. Demonstrate accountability for sales growth.
Leadership Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example, providing ongoing coaching to the team.
2. Communicate effectively with team members.
3. Train new team members.
4. Oversee team during shifts.
5. Work efficiently around problems.
6. Learn from mistakes, demonstrating a growth mindset.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
