Assistant Shift Team LeaderContract: Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £67,000 + Shift Allowance + Bonus Location: LarneAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Shift Team Leader to join a high-performing Operations team within a major energy generation environment.This role will support the Shift Team Leader in the coordination, management, and operation of all production activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable running of plant operations while meeting business and performance targets.The successful candidate will also deputise for the Shift Team Leader when required, taking full operational responsibility for plant assets and acting as Incident Controller outside normal hours where necessary.The Role Working within a dynamic operations environment, you will play a key role in ensuring plant performance, operational compliance, safety, and team leadership standards are consistently achieved.
