Forest Care Selection are delighted to be working with a leading Learning Disabilities charity in London.
This innovative provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist in the oversight of their innovative service in the Ealing and Harrow areas delivering a range of activity programmes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability.
This is a unique opportunity for childcare professional to assist in the development of a new service.
The Deputy Manager in Ealing will:
 * Promote the values of the organisation in all interactions.
 * Develop and oversee activity programmes in various forms for Children and Young People.
 * Lead a team of Session Leaders and Playworkers to assist in providing the best outcomes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability.
 * Create Person Centred support plans for the Children and Young People and support the team to deliver these.
The Deputy Manager in Ealing will need:
 * Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or residential childcare.
 * 4 years’ experience in Childcare sector with a 1 year of leadership experience.
 * Awareness of SEND and PBS.
 * Driving license and access to a vehicle desirable.
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £31,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to develop their career within a progressive charitable provider.
