Responsibilities
* Preparing and submitting Project Management Plan;
* Schedule [Sr. Scheduler, Scheduler, Sr. Coordination Engineer, Coordination Engineer, Sr. Planner, Planner];
* Document control system development and administration;
* Management of the information systems;
* Project management team equipment and supplies management;
* Project management report development;
* Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents;
* Development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan;
* Periodic preparation and processing of site reports;
* Management of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices);
* Maintenance of contract documents;
* Processing of contractor documents.
Qualifications
* The candidate must be familiarized with ACONEX and other similar programs
* The candidate must have at least 20 years of general experience with at least 10 years in similar role for oil and gas sector.
* The candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 7 years in leading teams of document controllers.
