The job itself
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a Duty Manager at East Riding Leisure Driffield. The post is a 6 month temporary contract covering a secondment.
The post will involve maintaining high standards of service delivery and being actively involved in the health and safety and operational running of the Centre.
Ideally you will have some management experience within the leisure industry with wet and dry facilities and must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification, First-aid at work, IOSH Managing health & safety, National Pool Supervisors Qualification and pool plant operator’s qualification. Position is for 20.5 Hours and is worked on a rota basis including late evenings and weekends.
