Who we are:
D2 was established in 2017, with a primary focus on providing high quality properties to potentially vulnerable adults, families and young people. We currently support circa 20 Local Authorities across the UK with their Temporary Accommodation needs and are looking to grow our delivery and reach even further. We are proud to say that we offer Local Authorities a safe and homely alternative to the use of expensive, impersonal and impractical B&Bs.

The Role:
We're seeking a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support the CEO of D2 across both professional and personal domains. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a values-led organisation, requiring exceptional discretion, strategic thinking, and relational agility. You'll be the CEO's right hand—managing time, priorities, and energy—while helping shape a culture of dignity, empowerment, and clarity.
You will be responsible for:
Executive Support:
· Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel with precision and foresight
· Prepare for meetings: agendas, briefings, follow-ups
· Gatekeep CEO's time and focus, aligned to strategic priorities
· Provide support to the entire Executive Team
· Draft communications, presentations, and reports
· Liaise with Board members, funders and senior stakeholders
· Support governance processes and documentation, to include board meeting
preparation, minute taking and monitoring of action log
· Undertaking any other duties as required to support business need
Personal Assistance:
· Handle personal scheduling, errands, and travel logistics
· Support with home admin (e.g. property, appointments, correspondence)
· Maintain confidentiality and emotional sensitivity in all personal matters
· Anticipate needs and create calm, organised systems around the CEO's life
