Key Account Manager - Steel
The Role of Key Account Manager - Steel: Outstanding opportunity for a Key Account Manager within our industrial division selling high value specialist lubricants to major steel manufacturing businesses such as British Steel, Sheffield Forgemasters and Tata. Your primary goal is to identify, develop and deliver profitable new sales and the retention of existing business within these accounts.
This is a field-based position where you will be conducting face to face meetings across a variety of different decision-making levels from procurement, through to engineering teams. There's a portfolio of c. 12 accounts across the UK, with the concentration being around Yorkshire and northeast England.

Requirements: To be considered for the Key Account Manager - Steel role you must have:
· Proven track record of selling technical products
· Must have either sold into the steel manufacturing sector OR have strong technical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes
· Must be able to sell premium products, focussing on the value proposition / return on investment
· Driving licence
The Package for Key Account Manager - Steel:
· £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary DOE
· OTE £10,000 - £15,000, uncapped commission
· Car allowance - £9,000
· 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
