Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding and installation in tenanted and void properties within Social Housing.
Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent) Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence.
