Overview
As an Activities Coordinator, you will ensure all residents enjoy a stimulating, fulfilling and happy lifestyle. You will use your experience in the arts, theatre, music, hospitality and event hosting to create and implement a wide variety of daily activities and programmes for our residents to enjoy that also encourage wellbeing, socialisation and harmony throughout our care home.
Reports to
Home Manager/ Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager
Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and lead a varied calendar of activities that promotes socialisation, wellbeing and engagement for residents.
* Utilise experience in arts, theatre, music, hospitality or event hosting to deliver programmes that are enjoyable, inclusive and stimulating.
* Coordinate and supervise volunteers and support staff during activities.
* Collaborate with care teams to tailor activities to residents\' needs and abilities.
* Maintain clear records of activities and feedback to continuously improve programmes.
Qualifications
* A formal qualification in a relevant field (e.g., leisure, lifestyle, hospitality or event management) is an advantage.
* Experience in a similar role within care, community, leisure, hospitality or event management is desirable.

Pay: £12.60 per hour
