We're looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks water team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire.
Location: Leicestershire, Wanlip.
Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you'll work within the Severn Trent Water team, supporting the successful mechanical delivery of the Wanlip wastewater treatment works.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Authoring technical scopes of work.
* Undertaking gap analysis on tender submissions.
* Compiling mechanical design RFIs.
* Identifying and resolving interface issues within mechanical D&B packages.
* Creating red line markups and digital quality records.
What are we looking for?
This role is suitable for you if:
* You have experience delivering major waste water M&E projects.
* You can work with and manipulate Revit models.
* You are familiar with digital markup of design during development and redlining during construction.
* You have knowledge of SWIFTs, HAZOPs, and ALM related to mechanical equipment.
* You can challenge poor practice and quality within Kier and the supply chain.
