ARB Experienced Transport Architect - for Sydney practice
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary equivalent: £50,000 - £58,000
Are you an accomplished Architect with a passion for designing cutting-edge transport infrastructure? I am looking for a talented individual to join a renowned practice, for their Sydney team, delivering transformative transport projects that shape the future of urban mobility globally.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading architectural team that's at the forefront of innovative design. You'll be responsible for developing state-of-the-art transport hubs, ensuring functional, sustainable, and visually stunning solutions. Working collaboratively, you'll bring creative ideas to life while delivering projects that meet the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Designing and delivering iconic transport infrastructure, including rail stations and interfrastracture hubs.
* Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless approach to project delivery. Whilst working as a team and handling people management successfully, including providing mentorship to junior team members.
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to align project goals.
* Managing budgets, timelines, and quality to achieve exceptional results.
* Embedding sustainability at the core of every design.
Key requirements for this position:
* A degree in Architecture or similar relevant qualification.
* A strong portfolio of transport projects demonstrating design excellence, specifically working on transport projects for a minimum of 4 years.
* Proven knowledge of transport systems and large-scale infrastructure.
* Solid project leadership and communication skills. With strong design and communication skills in both written and verbal presentations.
* Proficient user or Revit and Rhino would be ideal, though training can be provided.
