Conveyancing Assistant
Provide administrative support in conveyancing transactions, ensuring smooth file progression and compliance with regulations.
£24,000-£27,000 doe
The Role:
1. Open files, prepare quotes, and manage client instructions
2. Handle correspondence, calls, and client updates
3. Draft documents (contracts, SDLT returns, statements)
4. Request searches and respond to enquiries
5. Prepare files for exchange and completion
6. Submit post-completion documents (SDLT, Land Registry, etc.)
7. Maintain case management and panel systems
8. Support general office tasks and meet targets
The Candidate:
9. Experience within a conveyancing assistant role or similar
10. Strong admin, IT, and communication skills
11. Organised, professional, and a team player
