We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Ecommerce Data Entry Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and update product data on our website
* Save, crop, resize and upload product images
* Perform basic photo editing (e.g. using Photoshop or similar tools)
* Maintain consistent formatting and content standards across all listings
* Collaborate with the team to ensure product listings are clear, complete, and up to date
* Provide support on other administrative or ecommerce-related tasks as required
What We're Looking For
* Good computer literacy – comfortable using spreadsheets, image editing tools, and content management systems
* Previous experience in data entry, ecommerce, or product listing preferred (training will be provided)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised, with strong time management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, mature, and positive attitude to work
* Strong communication skills
