About The Job
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Production Lead oversees all content production, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence throughout the production process.
The Production Lead will develop and evolve Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are outsourced and where to build in-house capabilities, including potentially establishing an in-house studio for original content, especially for YouTube, to deepen engagement and storytelling.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on production leader with experience, creativity, and a passion for scalable content systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all production aspects for marketing content, including TV commercials, campaigns, films, digital assets, and PR support.
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient, high-quality delivery.
* Oversee relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring creative quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager.
* Address production challenges swiftly and effectively.
* Define and implement long-term production strategies, balancing outsourcing and in-house development.
* Improve existing processes and introduce new systems for efficiency.
* Promote a high-performance culture ensuring quality and speed.
* Align production efforts with wider marketing goals.
* Plan for a future in-house studio producing original content for owned channels like YouTube.
* Collaborate on content strategies that extend beyond campaigns, such as behind-the-scenes or charity features.
* Test scalable, low-lift content formats to build brand engagement.
* Identify areas where in-house capabilities can enhance storytelling and agility.
About You
* 10+ years in senior production roles across creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media.
* Proven track record managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, and social platforms.
* Experience managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines.
* Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal teams.
* Ability to navigate between outsourced and in-house production judiciously.
* Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, influencing at senior levels.
* Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive content is a plus.
