Responsibilities
* Carry out training and assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and workplace.
* Support the growth of the Engineering Apprenticeship provision.
* Work with apprentices and staff to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.
* Collaborate with classroom and workplace supervisors to ensure consistent training delivery.
Qualifications
* Competency in the subject area.
* Appropriate assessor qualification (e.g., D32/D33/A1/TAQA) or willingness to work towards one.
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
* Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.
