Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Officer for a temporary contract for a period of around 4 months. In this role, the maintenance officer will manage our in-house Trade Team and work closely with external contractors to ensure tenants receive an efficient, responsive and high-quality maintenance service. From reactive repairs to planned and cyclical works, you'll play a vital part in maintaining and improving our property assets. Main Duties: Supporting the delivery of excellent investment, reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance services. Acting as the main on-site contact for contractors and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard. Leading customer engagement for all asset-related works, ensuring tenants are kept informed and satisfied. Driving performance improvements in reactive repairs and reducing void turnaround times. Completing pre-, post- and void inspections to ensure quality, compliance and value for money. Overseeing the out-of-hours repairs service to ensure effective and timely responses. Developing and improving procedures within your remit. Bringing forward ideas and contributing to continuous service improvement.
