Job Description
We are seeking a Catering Assistant passionate about providing nutritionally balanced and tasty food for future generations. The ideal candidate is friendly, hard-working, and approachable, capable of performing various food preparation and service tasks.
Responsibilities include preparing food and snacks, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, serving food to students, and completing food safety training. You should be committed to delivering efficient service while upholding high standards of customer service and food safety.
The working hours are 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour.
This role offers excellent work/life balance, working only during term time with no weekends, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility.
Qualifications
School catering experience is preferred but not essential.
