Full time - fixed term until March 31st 2026. Are you passionate about improving workplace culture through Learning & Development? We are looking for a highly organised, professional, confident OD Adviser to join our Organisational Development team at RBH.
As our OD Adviser you will provide support to the OD Manager and OD Business Partners in ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation alongside supporting the end to end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
* Support the OD Manager and OD Business Partners in delivering recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH.
* Identify learning needs with stakeholders and source suitable solutions.
* Assist in design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives.
* Support end-to-end recruitment process.
* Maintain strong organisational and project management practices.
* Deliver engaging content and facilitate learning sessions both face-to-face and online.
* Evaluate training effectiveness using analytical skills and provide insights.
Qualifications / Experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Ability to create and deliver engaging content for audiences face-to-face and online.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in organisational development, learning design or related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an LMS.
* Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to develop engaging written and digital content.
