Job Role -Team Leader: Semi Senior / Senior Client Advisor

Duties and Key Responsibilities
* Client manager responsibility for a portfolio of clients
* Preparation and review of management accounts
* Build and update budgets and forecasts with clients
* Review of VAT returns
* Setup of Xero and other apps in tech stack
* Identify and delivery systems and finance process / control support for clients
* Provide support and training to both more junior, and more senior, team members
* Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
General Responsibilities
* Managing client expectations and delivery of up-to-date financials on time, every time
* Personal development of others in the team
* CPD and ongoing training
* Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client data
* Direct communication with clients
* WIP review and billing
* Ability to support clients with their advisory needs
* Ability to identify and fulfil cross-selling opportunities
* Identify opportunities to improve / streamline internal processes
* Ability to train others on accounting systems and add-ons within our preferred app-stack
* To act in accordance with the business' values and competency framework
Salary c.£40-£45,000 Part hybrid 3 days office, 2 days at home after probation period
