Overview
We have an opportunity to join the Oncology dietetic team at UHDB.
The wider team covers 5 hospital sites and the community. The department consistently delivers high‑quality care and offers opportunities to develop your CPD.
Responsibilities
* Work across a range of oncology settings covering chemotherapy, radiotherapy, outpatients, acute oncology, haematology and palliative inpatients.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
* Provide regular clinical supervision and support to junior staff, and assist senior staff within the department.
* Participate in the department’s research activities and clinical trials as appropriate.
* Support the established training programme for student dietitians and apprenticeship schemes.
Qualifications
* Experience working with oncology patients in an acute setting.
* Qualified dietitian or appropriate professional registration.
