Role Description:
* Plan, monitor, and maintain budget controls.

A Day in the Life
Start with a morning meeting to energize the team, including product presentations, quizzes, and updates on offers and new cars. Support the sales team throughout the day, assist with customer inquiries promptly, and handle administrative tasks such as profit and loss sheets, delivery documentation, and financial reporting. Maintain a tidy workspace to ensure efficiency. Treat every customer like family to deliver the Stellantis experience, and monitor team performance with regular one-on-one meetings.
