What You ll Be Doing
* Teaching KS3 and KS4 Dance, with the opportunity to support KS5 and extracurricular programmes as your role develops
* Creating inclusive and engaging schemes of work that inspire a love of dance and creative movement
* Encouraging self-expression, confidence, and discipline through choreography and performance
* Assessing student performance and giving structured feedback to promote progress
* Contributing to whole-school performances, enrichment days and dance clubs
What We re Looking For
* A Dance ECT (or trainee) with QTS expected by September 2025
* A creative and engaging practitioner who can bring energy, vision, and high expectations to the classroom
* Confidence in delivering both practical and theory aspects of Dance, including choreography and performance analysis
* A collaborative team player eager to contribute to the school s vibrant Performing Arts community
* An advocate for inclusivity and personal development through expressive arts
