We are seeking to appoint a motivated, inspiring, and strategic Deputy Head Teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and contribute significantly to the next phase of our school's improvement journey. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the college-driving excellence in teaching and learning, curriculum development, leading the achievement agenda and embedding high expectations, ensuring that the quality of education across the school is consistently exceptional. The successful candidate will: Support the Head Teacher in leading on all aspects of school improvement and strategic direction Lead whole-school strategies to improve teaching and learning, curriculum and achievement. Work collaboratively with our dedicated pastoral team to support student achievement and wellbeing. Coach and develop middle leaders and teaching staff to raise standards and outcomes.
