Overview

Be the heartbeat of our daily operations. At House of Willow Alexander, we're building a modern British home & garden institution. From gardens to cleaning, window care to interiors, our teams deliver trusted services to homes across London and Kent. To keep everything running smoothly, we're looking for a Senior Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.


What you'll be doing

* Plan the day: Build and adjust daily service schedules so our vans and teams run like clockwork.
* Keep things moving: Monitor live jobs, resolve issues fast, and make sure customers and teams are updated.
* Support the field: Own our internal Task Manager system, distributing and tracking requests from the teams on the ground.
* Delight customers: Confirm appointments, handle queries, and keep communication professional and proactive.
* Track performance: Report on efficiency, utilisation, and customer satisfaction to help us improve every week.


Experience and qualifications

* Experience in scheduling, coordination, or service operations (field service, logistics, or similar).
* Highly organised with great problem-solving skills.
* Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong communicator with both customers and colleagues.
* Comfortable using scheduling/CRM or task management systems.

Salary - £32- 36k with performance lead bonus
