MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search to appoint an experienced Service Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
- Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
- Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
- Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
- Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
- Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
- Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
- Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks
About You;
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability xsngvjr toprioritise under pressureand meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with aprofessional phone manner
- Customer-first mindsetand a helpful, can-do attitude
- StrongIT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
- Team player who also works well independently
- Knowledge ofH&S proceduresand logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus
