We're building a new jewelry brand for the US market, focused on high-quality moissanite pieces: bracelets, chains/necklaces, earrings, and custom orders. We want to launch with a strong organic foundation before we scale with Meta Ads.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can set up and run our social channels with a clear strategy for organic growth and engagement. This is not just posting — we want someone who can build the content system, community, and consistent communication that drives organic traffic and sales.
- Instagram (priority): grid, Reels, Stories
- Facebook (priority)
- TikTok (optional, if you're strong there)
Scope of work (core responsibilities)
- Pre-launch setup & content system
- Create a content strategy for a US audience (tone, pillars, posting cadence, hooks, CTAs)
- Build a consistent visual style for the brand (grid layout, templates, highlights, story covers)
- Prepare a content calendar and a pre-launch "grid" so the profile looks strong from day 1
- Write captions + hashtags/keywords + basic SEO for social
Ongoing posting & community growth (organic)
Publish posts/Reels/Stories according to the content plan
- Engage daily: comments, DMs, community interaction, UGC encouragement
- Proactively look for engagement opportunities (relevant pages, trends, communities, creators)
- Drive traffic to product pages / DMs for custom orders and build a waitlist if needed
Creative direction & content production
- Suggest and script content ideas (Reels/TikTok concepts, product storytelling, "how it's made", comparisons, styling ideas, gift guides, custom order showcases, testimonials)
- Provide shot lists and guidance for filming/photography (we can produce footage in-house if needed)
- Optionally: light editing for Reels/TikTok (CapCut/Adobe/etc.) — tell us your workflow
Reporting & optimization
- Track performance weekly (reach, saves, shares, profile visits, CTR, follower growth, DM inquiries)
- Adjust content based on what performs (iterate, test hooks, formats, posting times)
- Provide monthly summary + clear next steps
What success looks like
- A cohesive, premium-looking profile ready for launch
- Consistent US-focused communication and brand voice
- Growth in organic reach, engagement, and inbound interest (DMs/custom inquiries)
- A content engine that keeps working once we start Meta Ads
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
