The Role
Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for a large industrial site in Norwich. The role will include being responsible for scheduling and executing electrical and safety critical work and duties will include:
* Leading and supervising on site and actively supporting the electrical technicians to ensure that the installation and maintenance work is executed in a safe, efficient and timely manner giving due regard to quality of work done.
* Delegating work accordingly and managing the workload and output.
* Ensuring necessary preparation for relevant scheduled activities and raising relevant work permits in a timely manner.
* Completing verification assurance and maintenance routines and maintain quality records.
* Maintaining accurate and appropriate records and ensuring that the data is entered into the appropriate information management systems.
* Ensuring that adequate stocks of equipment and materials are maintained.
* Liaising and meeting with other departments and Project Managers
* Ensuring a full and comprehensive handover detailing all relevant details in accordance with procedures.

* City and Guilds / NVQ 3 / Apprenticeship
* AM2
* COMPEX
* Ability to supervise work activities
* Ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of HSSE safe working practises, procedures and their implementation
* Ability to supervise efficient use of resources
* Ability to maintain record keeping systems
* Safe working commitment to safe working practices ensuring that all workscopes are completed in a safe manner at all times.
* Ability to deliver quality toolbox talks
