About the role
Churchill Estates Management is recruiting an exceptional Lodge Manager for our retirement development. This is a live-in position at Atkins Lodge, Orpington. We seek someone who loves working with people, with a background in administration and customer service. The role involves coordinating development activities, ensuring a hassle-free retirement lifestyle for residents, and managing site operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing property maintenance and health & safety checks
* Providing first-class service to Owners
* Liaising with customers and suppliers
* Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
* Organising activities and events for Owners
About you
The ideal candidate has experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or related sectors. You should be outgoing, friendly, customer-focused, and able to work independently. Strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and experience with Microsoft Office are essential. You should demonstrate sensitivity, diplomacy, and good judgment, especially under pressure.
