COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL
MILTON KEYNES, BUCKS
£25,000 - £35,000
QED are working with a well-regarded, Legal 500 law firm that’s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team in Milton Keynes, Bucks with 1-2 days WFH. If you’ve got experience in commercial property and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking firm, this could be the role for you.
The Role
You’ll be supporting on a wide mix of commercial property work, including:

* Freehold sales and purchases
\t
* Acting on leases for both landlords and tenants
\t
* Rent deposits
\t
* Share purchase agreements
\t
* Refinancing matters
\t
* SIPP transfers
\t
* Agricultural property transactions
\t
* Development sales
\t
* Option and overage agreements
\t
* Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures
\t
* Drafting correspondence and legal documents
\t
* Handling client enquiries over the phone and by email
\t
* Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications
\t
* Submitting SDLT returns and post-completion work
\t
* General admin support where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
The firm is looking for someone who can bring:

* Previous experience in a Commercial Property team
\t
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
\t
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
\t
* Strong communication skills
\t
* The ability to stay organised and manage a busy workload
