Personal Injury Associate – London This leading specialist personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a caseload of complex, high‑value claimant cases. The Role You will lead a portfolio of Serious Injury claims typically ranging from £150,000 to multi‑million‑pound cases. You'll shape case strategy end‑to‑end, working closely with medical, rehabilitation, care and financial experts to deliver life‑changing results for your clients. You will: Act as lead on complex catastrophic injury files Deal with matters such as liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation support for clients Work with a full network of specialists including counsel, case managers and medical experts Mentor and supervise junior team members Represent the practice externally within the Serious Injury sector About You: You will bring credibility, experience and senior-level judgement to complex, sensitive cases. Essential: Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 8 PQE Proven track record leading Serious Injury claims with complex liability and quantum Excellent litigation skills and strong command of court processes High-level client care experience Ability to supervise, mentor and develop junior colleagues Why This Role?
