Job Description
We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to evaluate and provide insightful analysis on the performance of assigned Credit Risk Lending strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to FS goals and objectives.
* Produce MI and insightful analysis on credit risk lending strategies, measuring their performance against expectations.
* Implement and adhere to governance, risk, and compliance standards to ensure strategies deliver optimal outcomes for customers and the business.
* Identify, build, and maintain key stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insights.
Qualifications
* Experience in a consumer-based business, ideally retail or financial services
* Proficiency in SQL or another coding language like Python
* Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused and delivery-oriented
* Analytical, pragmatic, and systematic approach
* Ability to interpret data effectively
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* IT literate
* Experience in Credit Risk strategy development is advantageous
* Knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance (e.g., FCA, TCF, Data Protection) is advantageous
