What the Job Involves The Fleet Service Advisor is responsible for providing essential front office support in collaboration with the Fleet Engineering Manager and workshop supervisor. You will ensure high-quality fleet repairs for Council and customer vehicle fleets, delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication. Your role involves managing parts invoice reconciliation, updating asset records, and coordinating inspection, service, and MOT appointments. You will liaise with external service providers to align MOTs with service bookings and ensure all scheduled appointments adhere to set standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring vehicle maintenance costs, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
