4. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address underperformance where needed.
5. Ensure work areas are cleared on time and issues are resolved quickly.
6. Accurately report shift performance and support change initiatives.
Skills & Experience Essential
7. Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational or production environment.
8. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
9. Knowledge of health & safety in the workplace.
10. Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make effective decisions under pressure.
11. Confident using IT systems for reporting and monitoring performance.
Desirable
12. Experience in a PSC, warehouse, or logistics environment.
Shift Requirements
13. Positions available across AM, PM, Night, and Weekend shifts.
14. Flexibility is essential to meet operational needs.
