WHO ARE YOU? You are a fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, who has a desire to ensure that our stores are constantly provided with effective learning solutions through continuous development of appropriate technical skills, and behavioural competencies. You will be flexible to cover the North of England, alongside some national travel where appropriate.  ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: TRAINING NEEDS ASSESMENT & ANALYSIS: Work in partnership with Area Sales Managers and the larger Sales and Retail Excellence team to diagnose shops training needs based on a sound understanding of business priorities, performance, trends and the related KPIs. TRAINING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT: Based on the learning objectives identified and in line with regional and country guidelines and materials, support the definition of key training contents as well as of the delivery techniques and methodologies to maximize training effectiveness, business impact and ROI. TRAINING PLANNING AND DELIVERY: Schedule, organize and deliver training sessions via multiple vehicles, such as in class workshops, train the trainer sessions, blended programs, digital learning modules, etc. as appropriate to meet business needs, on time and in budget. Continuously reinforce and add further learnings through follow-on and refresh activities planned over time. Based on Area Sales Managers inputs and requests, provide 1 to 1 coaching to HAAs and CCCs to enable performance uplift. Champion the adoption of new group initiatives and projects, as well as the launch of new products creating supporting training materials. Support and monitor the delivery of product and other technical trainings organized by suppliers ensuring maximum uptake. Upskill and onboard Audiology assistants to provide significant knowledge of certain functions of the customer journey to help maximise Audiologistâs diaries. TRAINING EVALUATION AND BUDGET MONITORING: Embed evaluation & reporting mechanisms/tools into the operational daily routine, to ensure all training initiatives can be measured against agreed KPIs to assess business impact, return on investment, and identify best practices to be shared.
