No classroom experience? No problem. If you're confident leading a group, can think on your feet, and bring positive energy into a room - we'll give you everything else you need. From training to school shadowing, we'll make sure you feel ready from day one. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll keep lessons running smoothly in a teacher's absence. You'll: - Deliver pre-set lesson plans - Keep students engaged, focused, and motivated - Manage behaviour calmly and consistently - Follow the school's routines and expectations - Provide feedback to teaching staff If you've ever considered teaching, this is one of the best ways to experience it properly - without committing straight away. We can introduce you to local training routes, including salaried pathways to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
