Sales Administrator – Bryght Ltd

Are you super organised, confident on the phone, and love keeping things running smoothly? Bryght Ltd is on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team
We're an energetic and friendly company working in the events, AV, gaming and furniture hire industry – no two days are ever the same. We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and communicates clearly and professionally with both colleagues and customers.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling inbound sales enquiries and helping to convert them into bookings
* Preparing and sending quotes (and following up)
* Keeping in touch with our lovely customers to ensure they have everything they need
* Carrying out general office admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly
* Assisting the operations manager with scheduling, paperwork, and coordination
* Getting stuck in with any other tasks that help the team and business
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in sales, office administration, or a customer-focused role
* Someone who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* A natural communicator with a clear and professional style (both written & spoken)
* A team player who's also confident working independently
* A full UK driving licence – this role will occasionally require travel
