Were a fast-growing global design and manufacturing company based just outside Salisbury, and were looking for a new Machine Operator & Material Finisher to join our production team. Some CNC Machining experience would be ideal plus a great attitude, good hands-on ability, and a willingness to learn.
If you enjoy practical work, operating machinery, and being part of a supportive team, this role could be a brilliant fit.
What youll be doing
* Preparing and selecting engineering plastic sheets for production
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
* Setting up and operating CNC-controlled flatbed router machines (full training provided)
* Inspecting finished parts for accuracy, colour, thickness and dimensions
* Using handheld routers to apply clean, high-quality finishes
* Supporting your team to keep production running smoothly
* Handling and moving materials of varying weights throughout the day
* Using hand tools such as palm routers, Stanley knives and trimming knives

* Comfortable lifting and moving materials throughout the shift

Experience that helps
