Person specification As Secretariat Officer, you will be a key part of the Chief Executives team, working to support the Chair, the Chief Executive Officer and Companies Houses Board and its Committees to deliver the organisations strategy. You will ensure the smooth running of key Committees, ensuring decision making is fully informed and conforms to the relevant standards, codes, and frameworks. You will be highly organised and proactive and able to take a key role within our Secretariat function. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to use your own initiative.
