Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities:
* Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers. This includes producing minutes and action points.
* All company secretarial work (including services to clients) and other duties including FCA/PRA filings and other relevant submissions.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of a library of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and monitor adherence to these procedures.
Requirements:
* Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
* Experience with company secretarial procedures, statutory requirements, statutory returns, amendments to articles of association, share capital reorganisations, and share issues/transfers.
* Extensive experience in minute-taking and producing minutes in challenging environments.
* Experience in reviewing contracts.
