Mental Health Support Worker - 1:1 (Acquired Brain Injury) – Location: Barry – Pay: £13 per hour | £60 per sleep-in – Shifts: 11-hour day shifts & sleep-ins – Hours: Full-time or part-time, flexible rota
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to a young woman living independently with an acquired brain injury in Barry.
* Support with everyday tasks at home and in the community, encouraging independence while offering consistent, person-centred support.
* Work collaboratively with her psychiatrist and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
* No personal care or specialist training is required.
* Experience working with brain injury, personality disorder, or other mental health conditions would be highly beneficial.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
