***Mechanical Supervisor – Major 5-Year Project (Near Bristol)***
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a large-scale, long-term infrastructure project located near Bristol. This is a key leadership role overseeing mechanical works across a complex and high-value site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on-site
* Lead and manage teams of trades and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Monitor progress against schedules and resolve site issues
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role on large projects
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site operations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or similar)
* CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level)
* SSSTS or SMSTS
