Job Description
Overview: We have an exciting opportunity within Philips Healthcare in our Services Support Centre for the Managed Service team. We are seeking a Solutions Analyst and Coordinator to join us.
Your role includes:
* Creating and maintaining customer-facing and internal operational and financial reports using data from Philips ERP system and workflows.
* Managing data and records using Salesforce.com.
* Analyzing reports for accuracy and trends to support corrective actions.
* Coordinating with back-office departments and customers to ensure data accuracy.
* Controlling access to reports for stakeholders.
* Liaising with procurement and third-party suppliers regarding service and pricing.
* Working with finance and admin teams to ensure data and financial reporting accuracy.
* Supporting performance reporting and attending governance meetings.
* Handling customer calls and managing the call system.
* Managing Preventative Maintenance schedules.
* Updating call and asset management systems.
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and customer portal.
* Participating in special projects and resolving customer issues with colleagues.
* Managing shared email inboxes and multi-channel communications.
* Supporting field teams and customer delivery managers.
* Attending customer site visits and acting as a customer advocate.
