Salary
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum + bonus.

What Youll be Doing
* Supporting a qualified fee earner in all aspects of their caseload, with a view to running your own caseload and becoming qualified in the longer term under careful supervision.
* Taking instructions from clients and preparing detailed attendance notes.
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting title documentation.
* Initiating and reviewing searches.
* Dealing with pre‑contract enquiries.
* Drafting documents, letters, and reports.
* Preparing and updating completion statements.
* Processing exchange of contracts and post‑completion documentation.
* Preparing and submitting SDLT forms.
* General administrative duties.
Who Were Looking For
* A law degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience supporting a residential conveyancing team across the process from instruction to completion.
* A sound understanding of the full conveyancing process.
* A strong desire to progress your career to a fee‑earning role.

This is a permanent position, working 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday. The role is office‑based but hybrid working may be requested in the longer term following a satisfactory training/probation period.
